OrganicMynd offers therapy and medication management for people ages 12 to 65. Some older adult (65+) medication management services are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation is required prior to starting treatment to ensure the right level of care can be provided by OrganicMynd. If a higher level of care is needed, this will be determined at this appointment.

If you are a member of Alma or Headway, they will check your insurance after you schedule your first appointment.
Alma Member Insurances: Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UHC
Headway Member Insurances: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health
If you have another insurance carrier, please contact your plan provider to see if out-of-network benefits apply. We can supply an invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance upon your request.
If you prefer a self-pay option (credit card or HSA), please let us know.
Financial Policies
Our billing is managed by Alma. Please be advised that a method of payment is securely held for future payments.
Late Cancellation: There is a $100 fee if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Monday appointments should be cancelled no later than Thursday 4:00 PM EST.
No-Show/Missed Appointment: Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full fee of the scheduled appointment.***
Please note that there is credit card processing fee of 2.4% + $0.30. This applies to out-of-pocket payments for clients who are not using insurance, as well as out-of-pocket cancellation fees and “no-show” fees.
*For established cases without significant changes or complexity, medication-management-only patients are typically seen 3-6 times per year. For patients starting a new medication, needing significant medication changes, or cases with higher level of complexity, patients may need to be seen weekly for 1-3 weeks following the start/change.
**This is typically NOT covered by insurance. A good-faith estimate will be provided, and payment is required prior to or at the time of service.
