Services Offered
OrganicMynd offers therapy and medication management for people ages 12 to 65. Some older adult (65+) medication management services are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation is required prior to starting treatment to ensure the right level of care can be provided by OrganicMynd. If a higher level of care is needed, this will be determined at this appointment.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation/First Appointment
Appointment Length: 60 to 90 minutes
Cost: $300 (a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the appointment, payable by credit card, and will be applied to the first appointment fee)

Cost: billed at pro-rated hourly rate of $200**
We do not accept insurance at this time
Please contact your insurance plan to see if out-of-network benefits apply. We anticipate being able to accept insurance soon. Currently, we accept private pay clients.
We can supply a superbill for you to submit to your insurance upon your request.
Financial Policies
Currently, we accept major credit cards and HSA as forms of payment. No cash or personal checks can be accepted at this time. Your card number is securely held for future payments. Payment is collected at the start of the visit.
Late Cancellation: There is a $150 fee if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Monday appointments should be cancelled no later than Thursday 4:00 PM EST. No-Show/Missed Appointment: Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full fee of the scheduled appointment.***
Please note that there is a $2.00 fee added to credit card charges.
*For established cases without significant changes, patients are typically seen 3-4 times per year. For patients starting a new medication or needing significant medication changes, patients may need to be seen weekly for 1-3 weeks following the start/change.
**This is typically NOT covered by insurance. A good-faith estimate will be provided, and payment is required prior to or at the time of service.
